Session Format & Delivery
This is a one-time 3-hour strategy sprint conducted on Butter. Butter is a more sophisticated video and collaboration platform, like Zoom. There are both weekday and after-work time slots available. If needed, you may request a session recording and a 1-page strategic summary of the outcomes. However, most clients leave the session already moving.
We will:
Begin with 5–10 minutes of context mapping
Enter focused strategic architecture (2.5+ hours of applied work)
End with next-step clarity and timeline alignment

Submit your session request and intake form using the link below. Once payment is received, you’ll be sent a scheduling link to book your intensive.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to short pre-session form in Typeform. No pre-work is required unless you already have materials you’d like reviewed. There is a Typeform intake form to orient the session in advance. Please complete it at least 48 hours before our session so we can maximize our working time together.
FAQ
Q: Can we cover more than one topic in the session?
Only if they are connected. We go deep, not wide. The session is designed to resolve a primary business challenge at the root. If there’s more you want to address, we’ll map next steps at the end.
Q: Can I use this session to review my backend, offers, and pricing?
Yes—this is a great use of the session. You may want to start with a DRF if you’re unclear on your overall business architecture, but this intensive can absolutely be used to refine an existing system.
Q: Do I get ongoing support after the session?
No. This is a standalone intensive. If you’d like support afterward, you’re welcome to apply your investment toward the Digital Resilience Framework or Premium Container within 14 days.
Q: Is this refundable?
No. Once booked, sessions are final. Rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice.
